A smart to-do list and goal tracker.

Fall behind
without falling apart.

Tell Yarvy what's going on like you'd tell a friend. There's nothing to set up. It keeps your list and your goals, remembers your life, picks what's next, and when you slip, it gives you options instead of a guilt trip.

Free plan, no card needed.

Tuesday, May 6

Good morning,
Sam

2 done already. Nothing overdue, and your afternoon is open.

Long run, 6 kmToday
What now?Plan my day
Add a task or ask anything

Sound familiar?

For anyone who's tried every to-do app and ended up back on paper.

"My list is where tasks go to die."

Ask "what now?" and get one thing. The rest waits, without a wall of red.

"I don't need an app that makes me feel guilty."

Behind on a goal? Yarvy says so plainly, then gives you options: move the date, shrink the target, or change this week.

"I have to remind it what we just talked about."

Say it once. Yarvy remembers, and you can read and fix everything it knows.

Focus

It picks what's next.

Stuck staring at the list? Ask "what now?" and get one answer, not a menu. Yarvy weighs what's due, what's slipping, and what moves your goals, then tells you where to start.

  • One clear next step, not forty
  • Deadlines, overdue, and goals all count
  • A short day-ahead every time you open it
How Yarvy picks what's next

Goals

Goals that bend, not break.

Say it in plain words, like "run a 10k by October" or "read 3 nights a week". Yarvy breaks it into milestones, links the right tasks, and tells you straight whether you're on pace.

Miss a week? No reset to zero, no guilt trip. You get options: move the date, shrink the target, or change this week. Or pause it and pick it back up when life calms down.

Capture

Nothing to set up. Just talk.

No folders to build, no system to babysit. Spill the messy version in one breath, and Yarvy pulls out each task, the date, the time, and the list it belongs in.

  • Dates, times, and repeats from plain words
  • Filed into the right list for you
  • It shows what it changed, and undo is one tap

Memory

It remembers you, and you can fix it.

Mention your day off, your dog, or the project you keep dodging, and Yarvy keeps it. Next week it plans around it without being told again.

  • Say it once and it sticks
  • A short list of facts you can read, told or guessed
  • Fix or forget anything, anytime

How it works

A day with Yarvy.

8:00 AM

Open to a plan.

Yarvy greets you with a short rundown: what's due, what slipped, and what moves a goal. Not a wall of red.

1:00 PM

Plans change. Fine.

Tell it the meeting ran over. Yarvy moves what can wait and keeps the important stuff on top.

9:00 PM

Close the day clean.

Check in for a quick wrap-up and what's first tomorrow. Say "push the rest" and it's done.

Questions

Fair questions.

Is this another subscription?

Only if you want the AI. Your tasks, lists, and goals are free for good, and they're a full app without it. The chat is the part that costs us to run, so it's the part that's paid. Every account gets 30 AI messages a month for free, and your first week usually comes with extra AI, with no card at signup, so nothing renews behind your back. For more, Yarvy Plus is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, and Yarvy Pro is $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year for heavy daily use.

What about my data?

Your tasks and conversations belong to you. They're never sold or used for ads, and you can export or delete everything. The privacy policy is in plain English.

What if it gets something wrong?

Yarvy only touches your Yarvy list. It can't read your email or your calendar. It shows you what it changed, and one tap undoes it.

Do I have to set anything up?

No. If you can send a text, you can use Yarvy. Your first conversation is the setup, and the list is there when you want to tap things yourself.

I don't want AI in everything.

Fair. Type "dentist tuesday 3pm" and it's filed with the date and time. Repeats, lists, your Today view, goal check-ins, and whether you're on pace all work without AI, free for good. The chat is there when you want it.

Will it run my life for me?

No. It suggests, you decide. Yarvy only changes your list when you ask it to.

I've tried every app. Why would this one stick?

Maybe paper works for you, and that's fine. Yarvy is for when the list got too long to look at. There's no system to keep up, and if you drift for a week, it welcomes you back without the guilt.

Why not just paste my list into a chatbot?

Then you're the one copying it back, and next week it's forgotten. Yarvy keeps the conversation, the list, your goals, and what it knows about you in one place, so "what now?" gets a real answer.

What does it remember, and can I see it?

It saves the lasting stuff you mention, like your schedule, the people in your life, and how you like to work. You can read every line it knows, fix it, or delete it in Settings.

Will it remind me? Does it sync with my calendar?

Not yet, on both. You get a short rundown every time you open it, so add it to your home screen and it's one tap away. Dates and times live on your tasks, and Yarvy plans around them.

Is this therapy?

No. Yarvy helps you plan your days and follow through on your goals. If you're going through something hard, please talk to someone you trust or a professional.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Yarvy runs in your browser on any phone or computer, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. Native apps are on the way.

Can my team or family use it?

Not on purpose. Yarvy is for one person's life and work, so there are no shared lists or assignees. That's what keeps it yours.

Less to manage. More actually done.

Two minutes to start. Your first conversation is the setup.
